IMPORTANT ! CHANGES IN CAR PARK
Having listened to parishioners concerning difficulties with the old ticket machine a new one has been installed and has been working well for the past four months with no issues.
In the past few weeks the ‘white-lining’ of the car park bays has been renewed and three formal disabled spaces marked-out in orange nearest to the church entrance for
the use of disabled badge holders only.
As the general population starts to venture out after Covid parking spaces in Cobham have become a premium product in great demand and this has led to a few difficulties
with members of the general public using the car park on Sundays to the detriment of parishioners wishing to attend our Masses.
To deal with this situation, before it gets too bad, the car park is now chargeable at all times and anyone using it will have their number plates photographed to be matched either with a machine/phone purchased time or with the list of people who have registered in the Parish as parishioners. Any vehicles not on these lists will receive a parking notice (fine).
TO BE CLEAR - THERE IS NO FREE PARKING AT ANY TIME.
